Founder & Lead Community Support Social Worker

Jenna is the founder of Guiding Pathways LLC and a social worker with nearly 5 years of experience supporting individuals and families across behavioral health, child welfare, foster care, and legal advocacy settings. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based practice and a deep commitment to accessibility for those who feel underserved or overwhelmed by traditional systems. Jenna has extensive experience working with individuals and families impacted by the justice system, mental health challenges, and substance use concerns, offering practical guidance and advocacy within complex systems. As a survivor of sexual abuse, Jenna brings lived understanding to the importance of safety, choice, and empowerment in healing spaces, and she approaches her work with sensitivity, respect, and care. Through Guiding Pathways, she provides non-clinical support that centers dignity, resilience, and collaboration - walking alongside people as they build clarity, stability, and meaningful pathways forward.

Expressive Arts & Wellness Facilitator

Jennifer is an expressive art and wellness facilitator whose work is grounded in creativity, lived experience, and a deep belief in the connection between healing and stability. As an artist and professional tattoo artist, she is drawn to art as a tool for storytelling, embodiment, and transformation, creating supportive spaces where individuals can process experiences and reconnect with themselves through creative expression. As a new parent who has also experienced pregnancy loss, Jennifer brings compassionate understanding to the emotional complexities of grief, new parenthood, and identity shifts. Aligned closely with the vision of Guiding Pathways LL, she is especially passionate about supporting immigrant and first-generation families navigating cultural transitions, parenting, and systems that often feel inaccessible. At Guiding Pathways, Jennifer facilitates expressive art workshops and support groups for women, new parents, individuals experiencing pregnancy loss, and immigrant communities, offering gentle, inclusive, strengths-based support rooted in creativity and connection.

Carolina is a community support social worker committed to empowering families as they navigate complex systems and access meaningful resources. She holds a Master of Social Work and brings experience supporting diverse and underserved communities through advocacy, systems navigation, and trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice. Carolina is especially passionate about working with parents and children navigating school systems, including support related to IEPs, educational advocacy, and helping caregivers build tools to support their children’s confidence and emotional regulation. With professional experience in public service, immigration-related casework, and community programming, she also brings a strong commitment to supporting immigrant families through periods of transition and adjustment. Carolina offers both individual and group-based support, creating affirming spaces where families feel informed, supported, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Alex is an expressive art and wellness facilitator who brings creativity, lived experience, and compassion into her work with parents, women, and families navigating stress and life transitions. She has worked hands-on with a wide range of age groups, including leading creative art classes for local art guilds, senior living communities, and art-based programs with veterans. With over 10 years of experience supporting children with diverse emotional, behavioral, and learning needs - including personal experience supporting a child with ADHD and dyslexia - Alex understands the practical and emotional realities families often face. Naturally patient and calm, she is skilled at creating supportive structure, building trust, and encouraging growth in confidence and independence. Passionate about creativity as a meaningful tool for connection, reflection, and personal growth, Alex uses art-based activities to foster engagement, focus, and self-expression within a non-clinical, supportive environment. Her work aligns closely with the mission of Guiding Pathways LLC and its commitment to compassionate, accessible pathways forward.

Naomi Gardner, MA

Creative Wellness Facilitator

Naomi is a creative wellness facilitator with a background in communications, storytelling, and community engagement. She holds a Master’s degree in Communication and has experience across journalism, public relations, and creative leadership spaces. Naomi brings a thoughtful, people‑centered approach to her work, with a deep commitment to helping individuals feel seen, informed, and empowered. She is especially passionate about facilitating supportive groups that create space for reflection, connection, and healing, including groups focused on experiences of domestic violence and personal resilience. Through guided dialogue, storytelling, and creative practices such as art journaling prompts and workshops, Naomi helps foster supportive environments where self-expression, clarity, and personal growth can unfold with intention and care.
